About INDDEE:
Our Origins
Indd.ee or more formally Inddee Limited is, just like many of our customers, a family business with a long family history. We trace our roots back to a small Norfolk printing company, Mundesley Printers, founded by my parents, Andy & Sue Smith. Mundesley Printers came about after Andy injured his back in the line of duty and was retired from the Police Force. At the time of his retirement, Andy was only in his thirties, with a young family, and the small pension did nothing to cover the bills. So, after extensive recovery, Andy & Sue formed Mundesley Printers.
Mundesley Printers formed a pillar of the community and, for a large proportion of the village, their only access to services like a computer or fax. I grew up in a world surrounded by the smell of ink, hard work, deadlines, small business owners, lorries, and a lot of hard work. As a small family business, even as a child, I had a ‘hands-on’ role to play, working with design, printing, and often the extremely tedious task of collating 10,000 booklets.
So we evolve to the 21st century and Mundesley Printers has long since ceased to be after we moved to the city, dad eventually rejoined the Constabulary until he retired again, at a more realistic age, and a new generation is picking up the mantle – but today as a member of the digital age.

Our Philosophy
When we set about founding the company we wanted to do it all differently. We wanted to offer our clients a simple yet amazing product, which empowered them and rocket-powered their business whilst remaining affordable enough for a kitchen startup. To this end, we employ a streamlined, fresh approach to how our business is organised.
At Indd.ee we’re people who love our planet and aren’t keen on it getting too hot!! So we’ve decided to combine our wish to contribute to our planet’s future with our love of woodlands and nature. We bounced various ideas around and then one day we started thinking ‘Trees on the Ground’ as our way forward. Yes, we could, like many other companies, just pay some corporation to ‘offset’ our carbon footprint. Now, whilst there’s absolutely nothing wrong with that approach, its boring. Also, your customers, our customers, and both you and ourselves don’t then actually get to enjoy the ‘simple benefits’ of our actions.

Our Team
Our Team is comprised of a diverse range of people from a multitude of different backgrounds who work with us in a wide variety of different ways. Our ‘Core Team’ are around all the time making sure everything is running smoothly. They are further supported by a dedicated team of freelancers and SME’s who supply a range of very talented services to Inddee Limited. Then we have our Champions, Ambassadors & Affiliates. We consider all of the people who work with us a part of the ‘family’, they are each essential and important to the smooth operation of the company and ‘We value you all greatly’.
Part of this ‘fresh approach’ is not employing a ‘pushy’ telesales/customer services department. When it comes to sales we promote ‘word of mouth’ advertising. As opposed to spending our advertising budget lining the pockets of big corporations we use it to give something back to our customers via our ‘affiliate’ scheme. So, we’re building a very special sales force of Champions, Ambassadors & Affiliates.

Indd.ee is a proud family owned company. Originally founded by (Daddee) CEO Sheridan Smith, a proud single parent with the support of Bubble & Cheese, just as the company has grown so has our family with the addition (Mummee) Kate & Pickle who has successfully merged with her counter part Cheesy to become a dynamic pair of twin affectionately known as Cheese & Pickle.
Kate is an environmental specialist who adds a wealth of knowledge and helps support to Indd.ee’s sustainability and environmental aspirations and projects.
